My Little Pony Restyling: Twilight Sparkle

I recently got several ponies and I began restyling their hair.
Most of them started with wetting their hair and brushing it like most tutorials tell you.
For Twilight, I did almost the same as Cheerilee.
I parted Twilights hair different that most of my pony's hair. I weaved through the pink and purple to make sure she didn't look bald after her hair was shaped down. Her hair was wet while I did this.
Again, while her hair was wet I cut the front hair for her bangs about under her chin to get rid of excess.
Like Cheerilee, I put a hairband around her head about where her eyes were to keep her bangs molded down and the back hair was shaped around her neck. (I found it important because the base of where the hair comes out is where the hairband sits)
After sitting her in front of the space heater until dry,

***I recommend a desk lamp or something that produces low heat and make sure its not DIRECT like a hairdryer. My friend had a Pinkie Pie casualty because the direct heat bleached the pony's body.***

I carefully cut her bangs to match her weird show bangs that are uneven and slanted, but still cute.
After the battle with her bangs, I trimmed the back of her mane. I tried to make Twilight's hair tips look straight.
Most of my pony's hair are longer than the show's hair styles because I couldn't bare chopping it all off-I like a little length.

Also, I'd like to note that each pony after wetting their hair and brushing it out (Yes, I used a tooth brush too) I trimmed the ends of their hair to get the ratted mess gone. It made things easier for me.

After looking at several Twilight hair restylings.. I decided to try and make hers look as close to the show as possible. I am very happy with how her bangs and mane came out. They're closest to the show I have seen so far which makes me happy. (:
